One place for approved organisations to manage jobs
Premier’s client portal connects an organisation’s repair instructions with the associated quotations, appointments, updates and completion information. Each client organisation sees its own jobs. Account requests are reviewed before access becomes active.
If you just need to contact Premier, use our professional enquiry route or the public damage-report form. Neither requires a portal account.

Review the proposed scope
Example scope: repair the affected ceiling area and redecorate the agreed surfaces after the cause is addressed and the area is ready.
The live quotation records its scope, price and terms. The authorised client can accept or decline it, with the decision retained against the job. This example is not a quotation or price indication.

Keep the completion information
A completion record can identify the work carried out, the completion date and any additional work or follow-up. Client-visible photographs and documents remain attached to the job.
This fictional walkthrough does not represent a completed Premier project.

Privacy and access
The live portal requires an approved account for organisation job records. Internal notes and Premier-only attachments are kept separate from client-visible information. Only share information you are authorised to provide.
