The leak has stopped. We can take care of the repairs.
A plumber may have stopped the water, but your ceiling, walls or floor can still need drying and repair. We can bring those jobs together, from removing damaged materials to the final decoration.
Already had some work done? Show us what is left. We help homeowners and landlords across Rossendale, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham and Manchester.
REAL PROJECT EVIDENCE
From water damage to a finished Manchester living room
A leak ran down the walls and flooded the floor. The job required drying and reinstatement.

Ceilings and walls
We check what can be kept and what needs replacing, then agree the plasterboard, plastering and decoration. Painting over a stain will not fix damaged material or moisture behind it.
We can also repair openings made to reach a leak. Keep clear of sagging ceilings and loose material, and take photos only from a safe position.
Floors, kitchens and bathrooms
Water can spread beneath floors and fitted units. We plan the repairs together, including flooring, skirting, units and any plumbing work. Your quotation explains what will stay and what will be replaced.
Tell us which rooms need to stay in use and whether you have spare tiles or flooring. If a matching product is unavailable, we will discuss the options. See the Worsley bathroom repair from opening up to the finished room.
Remove damaged materials, then dry and repair
We provide strip-out and drying as well as the building repairs. We agree what needs removing and prepare the affected areas for new finishes.
A surface can look dry while moisture remains behind it. If another company has already dried the property, send any findings so we can plan the work that is still needed.
A leak from another flat
Tell us which rooms are damaged and who can arrange access to the flat above or shared areas. We can discuss the repairs in your home and any investigation still needed.
If a managing agent is involved, let us know who can approve the work and arrange access. Agents and property managers can use professional enquiries.
What will it cost, and how long will it take?
The size of the damaged area, what needs replacing, drying and access all affect the price and timing. Photos are a useful starting point; we may need to inspect hidden damage before confirming the work.
If your insurer is involved, send the repair schedule and tell us what has been approved. Read more about insurance reinstatement.
Your questions answered
Can you repair only the damage left after a leak?
Yes. We can provide the reinstatement or any remaining strip-out and drying. Tell us what has already been completed and share the findings.
Does the whole floor or ceiling need replacing?
Not automatically. The answer depends on condition, construction and the intended finish. The scope should explain what can be retained and what needs replacement.
What should I send first?
Use Tell us about the damage with the postcode, affected rooms, source information and safe photographs. Include any previous report or repair scope.
