Graham brings over 28 years of personal trade experience to property repairs and reinstatement. His practical background informs the work from identifying the problem to coordinating the repair and its finish.
Premier is based in Rossendale, working with homeowners, landlords and professional clients across our Lancashire and Greater Manchester service areas.
From the source of the damage to the completed room
Premier carries out leak detection, drying, strip-out and reinstatement following property damage. Bringing those stages into the repair plan helps establish what has caused the problem, what needs removing or drying and what is ready to be rebuilt or finished.
We work with homeowners and landlords, property and facilities managers and loss adjusters and insurers. The work can start with an investigation or an existing repair schedule. Our process sets out how scope, quotation, access, approvals and completion fit together.

Our project collection includes a roof and office-ceiling repair in Newton-le-Willows, a bathroom reinstatement in Worsley and a roof-leak investigation and ceiling repair at Tim Hortons in Gloucester. The photographs show the actual work and are published with permission.
Each project records its own date and scope. The KFC Morecambe roof project dates from November 2023 and was completed under the earlier Premier Reinstatements (UK) trading name.
