Enquiries, photographs and videos
The report-damage form asks for your name, contact details, property address, the problem and any photographs or short video you choose to provide. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange access, prepare quotations and manage any work you instruct.
Enquiries are stored in our client portal and a notification is sent to Premier. Photographs and videos submitted through that form are private to Premier administrators; they are not published on this website. Video files may include sound and file metadata. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information, faces or paperwork. Files are sent when you submit the enquiry, so you can preview or remove a selected video first.
Professional enquiries also include your organisation, role and client or claim reference where supplied, together with confirmation that you are authorised to share the details. These are included in the enquiry message, not sent as analytics data.
Hosting and service providers
The public website is hosted by Netlify and the portal by Floot. These services and our email providers process information needed to operate the website and handle enquiries. The client portal uses essential sign-in technology for accounts and security.
Website measurement
We ask separately for permission to use Google Ads measurement and OpenAI advertising measurement on this website and the public enquiry form. Neither service loads until you accept it; an earlier OpenAI choice does not give permission for Google. Accepting is optional and rejecting does not affect your ability to contact us. Use Cookie settings to change your choice. We remember your choice for up to six months across this website and its enquiry subdomain.
With permission, the Pixel measures page views, contact-link clicks and successfully submitted enquiries to help assess our ChatGPT advertising. Its __oppref cookie can store an advertising click reference for up to 30 days and its __obref browser-reference cookie for up to 365 days. A consented advertising click reference may be carried to our enquiry form. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement and clears these measurement cookies on the page where you change your choice.
OpenAI automatic advanced matching may detect supported contact information and hash it in your browser for advertising attribution. Our event code does not pass your message, property address, claim reference, photographs, videos or raw contact details. We request that our measurement events be excluded from future user-level personalisation. Read OpenAI’s privacy policy for its processing of measurement information.
Google Ads measurement and telephone calls
With your permission, the Google tag uses first-party advertising cookies and browser storage to connect an advertising visit with a successfully submitted enquiry or a call. Google click references can be shared between this website and its enquiry subdomain. We send a random enquiry identifier to avoid counting the same submission twice, not your name, email address, telephone number, property address, message, claim reference or attachments. Google enhanced conversions and personalised advertising are not enabled by our event code.
After a qualifying Google ad visit, your displayed telephone number may be replaced with a Google forwarding number that connects to Premier. Google call reporting can record call details, including time and duration. A call lasting at least 60 seconds is measured as a call conversion; it is not automatically a qualified enquiry or a booked job. We do not enable call recording. Withdrawing Google permission stops new conversion events from our code, clears accessible Google advertising cookies and storage, and restores Premier’s ordinary number. It does not delete information already processed by Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
Links to the enquiry form identify the public page and contact action you used. Portal operational measurement also distinguishes a form visit, a telephone-link click and a saved enquiry without passing the enquiry contents. A telephone-link click does not confirm that a call connected. Advertising measurement depends on consent and browser settings, so it will not capture every enquiry.
Your information
Enquiry and job records are used for the purpose for which they were supplied, including quotations, instructed work and associated record keeping. Contact us to ask about the information held about you, to request a correction or deletion, or to raise a concern. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or deal with a dispute.
