Discuss one property or ongoing repair instructions
Premier works with property managers, letting agents, facilities teams, loss adjusters, insurers and brokers. Contact us for leak investigation, drying, strip-out and reinstatement across our Lancashire and Greater Manchester service areas.
Tell us whether you need an initial assessment, investigation of an unresolved cause, a quotation against a schedule or delivery of an authorised scope. You can discuss a first instruction before you have a portal account.
Send the information needed to progress
- Your instruction: organisation, named contact, role and job or claim reference.
- The property: address or postcode, occupier or site contact and access arrangements.
- The damage: affected areas, current condition, source findings and work already completed.
- The scope: the task you want assessed, quoted or carried out, with any existing schedule.
- The decisions: who can instruct work, approve the quotation and authorise changes.
- The reporting: the updates and completion information you need, and who should receive them.
Start the conversation
Call 0330 633 0025 or email info@premierreinstatements.com with the property postcode and required involvement. The damage-report form also accepts an initial enquiry and photographs.
For schedules, claim records or other documents, agree the appropriate transfer route with us. Share only information you are authorised to provide. The contractor information pack (PDF) introduces Premier for your initial review.
Keep the job record together
Approved client organisations can use the client portal to raise and manage their own jobs. The record brings together the scope, status, appointments, chronological updates and shared photographs and documents.
Quotations include the scope, terms, net amount, VAT and total. Clients can review quotation versions, accept or decline and confirm their authority when accepting. Quotation notifications appear inside the portal, so sign in to review them.
Completion records can include the completion date, operative, work carried out and follow-up information. Agree the evidence and reporting required for the particular instruction before work starts.
Agree the scope, then arrange delivery
After reviewing the information, we agree the survey or investigation required and the basis of the quotation. Confirm authorisation, access, payment arrangements and the route for any scope changes before the relevant stage proceeds.
