Premier Reinstatements

Questions people ask before instructing a repair.

Answers about property repair enquiries, insurer approval, quotations, service areas, Graham’s experience and the Premier client portal.

Before you arrange a repair

These answers explain how to start a repair conversation with Premier. Your property, proposed instruction and insurance arrangements determine the next steps.

Questions about the next step

Does an enquiry book a visit?

No. We review the information and confirm the next step, availability and any attendance arrangements with you. An enquiry is not an accepted instruction or a booked visit.

Who decides whether my insurer will pay?

Your insurer decides cover and settlement under the policy. A Premier enquiry or quotation does not establish insurance approval. Confirm who is authorising and paying for the work before repairs proceed.

What should I send with a damage enquiry?

The postcode, a description of what happened, affected rooms, contact and access details, and photographs if safe. Tell us whether the problem is continuing and include any findings or authorised repair scope.

Do I need a client portal account?

No. The public damage-report form and professional enquiry route do not require an account. Portal access is for approved organisations managing job records.

Can you help after the leak has already been repaired?

Yes. Tell us about the source repair and the damage that remains. We can discuss the building materials and finishes needing reinstatement, together with any investigation or drying information still required.

Can a loss adjuster, broker or property manager enquire?

Yes. Use the professional enquiry route and include your organisation, role, reference and proposed instruction. Only share information you are authorised to provide.

Where do you work?

We take enquiries across Rossendale and Greater Manchester, including Rawtenstall, Haslingden, Bacup, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham and Manchester. Attendance depends on the postcode, work required and availability.

Can I visit the registered office or a local depot?

The registered office at Bank House, 4 Ormerod Street, Rawtenstall, Rossendale, BB4 8EB is for postal correspondence only. There is no public trade counter and no Premier depot in Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale or Oldham. Contact us to arrange property attendance.

Does “over 28 years” mean the company has traded that long?

No. It describes Graham Leach’s personal trade experience. Premier Reinstatements (UK) Ltd was incorporated on 16 January 2026.

How do I request urgent help?

Call 0330 633 0025 to discuss the situation and availability. We do not promise 24-hour emergency attendance. Keep clear of unsafe areas and contact the emergency services if there is immediate danger to life.
