Help a client reach the right repair conversation
When a client reports property damage, they may need a contractor to discuss the building work while their claim follows the insurer’s process. Premier provides a direct route to enquire about investigation and reinstatement across Rossendale and Greater Manchester.
We can discuss repairs after an escape of water, flood damage, storm damage and related reinstatement work. A suspected concealed leak may require a separate conversation about investigation and trace and access.
Two simple ways to make an introduction
You can give your client our property-owner information page and telephone number, allowing them to contact us directly. Alternatively, use the professional enquiry route with the client’s permission to share their details.
- Identify your brokerage and the person we should respond to.
- Provide the property location and a brief description of the damage.
- Include the claim reference if available and appropriate to share.
- Explain whether you want an initial discussion, assessment or quotation.
- State who can authorise work and who should be kept informed.
Keep the roles clear
A referral starts a conversation. It does not authorise repairs, confirm attendance or establish insurance cover. We agree the repair instruction and payment arrangements with the relevant party before work proceeds.
Premier’s role is to discuss and carry out the agreed property work. Policy interpretation, claim acceptance and settlement decisions remain with the relevant insurer and its appointed representatives. We do not present ourselves as the broker or loss adjuster.
Useful information to share
Our repair process explains the stages from enquiry to completion. Our contractor information pack (PDF) sets out services, coverage and contact details without requiring a login.
For organisations with recurring instructions, we can discuss access to the client portal. Account approval and the communication arrangements are agreed directly. We do not publish client or claim details as marketing material without permission.
