Premier Reinstatements

Property repairs with clear approvals and a connected job record.

Coordinate property damage repairs, quotations and job updates with Premier’s client portal across Rossendale and Greater Manchester.

Coordinate the repair around the property

Property damage creates work for more than the repair contractor. Someone needs to arrange occupier access, obtain the owner’s decision, agree the scope and keep the people using the building informed. Premier supports property managers, letting agents and facilities teams with leak investigation, drying, strip-out and reinstatement.

We can take an instruction for an unresolved fault, quote an existing schedule or carry out an agreed repair. Tell us which stage you need and who holds the authority to approve it.

Give each property a clear starting record

  • Property and reference: address, postcode, your job reference and the part of the building affected.
  • Current condition: damage, whether the source is resolved, earlier findings and photographs or schedules already available.
  • People: your lead contact, the occupier or site contact and the owner or other person who can approve work.
  • Access: key arrangements, appointment restrictions, shared areas and any other contractors involved.
  • Authority: the assessment or work being instructed, approval limits and the route for agreeing a revised scope.

Plan for occupied homes and working premises

A tenanted bathroom, a shared building and an office ceiling create different access questions. Identify the rooms that must remain available, who can communicate with occupants and any proposed arrangements while work takes place. Where a leak may involve another unit or common part, establish the relevant building contact before access is arranged.

For commercial premises, include the site contact, trading or office hours, access restrictions and any required documentation in the enquiry. We agree the practical arrangements for the individual instruction; opening times alone do not establish an out-of-hours appointment.

Move from survey to an authorised repair

The survey or investigation establishes what can be scoped. The quotation then provides the basis for deciding what proceeds, including relevant preparation, drying, reinstatement and finishes. Separate owner-funded improvements from the damage-related repair so the decision-maker can see what they are approving.

If opening-up reveals further damage, the revised proposal needs an approval route. Agree that route and the person to receive progress updates before the work begins. At completion, review the agreed scope and record any outstanding or follow-up items.

A portal for approved organisations

Approved organisations can raise jobs, review quotations, approve work and follow progress through the client portal. It gives your team a place to return to the job while the repair moves forward.

Use professional enquiries to discuss a first instruction or ongoing requirements. You can contact us before you have a portal account. Agree reporting requirements and the contacts for each job at the outset.

Commercial work you can examine

Our Newton-le-Willows office roof repair shows work to affected roofing, membrane and battens followed by replacement office ceiling tiles. At Tim Hortons in Gloucester, investigation identified a roof source after earlier plumbing visits had left a leak unresolved; the affected roof and entrance ceiling were repaired, including decoration.

The KFC Morecambe roof project was completed in November 2023 under the earlier Premier Reinstatements (UK) trading name, before the limited company was incorporated. These are specific project records, rather than claims of chain-wide appointments.
