The same room, a new kitchen

The photographs show the original galley kitchen and the new installation in the same room. White gloss doors and tall storage give the kitchen a different feel, while dark veined worktops provide a contrasting finish.

Preparing the room

The old units were removed before fitting the replacement kitchen. The progress photographs also show the ceiling changing from a textured surface with a long light fitting to a smooth white finish with recessed lights.

Fitting the cabinets and worktops

The installation sequence shows the base units, tall cabinets, drawers and appliance housings taking shape. The dark veined worktop and matching splashback were fitted as the room came together.
